Contact our client services team or log into your account portal within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the watch in its original presentation box, including all documentation, certificates, and extra links, then pack it securely inside a shipping box.
Insured Shipping
Affix the prepaid, fully insured shipping label provided by our team to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master watchmakers verify the timepiece's condition and matching serial numbers, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
